Operations & Maintenance and Engineering:

General Facilities Maintenance -

Our staff is well qualified to:

• Perform facilities operations and maintenance work with state-of-the-art maintenance management systems and maintenance techniques that include Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)

• Provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Facility Operations and Maintenance Plans, Facility Condition Assessments, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Manage electrical plants, structures, facilities and distribution systems by assessing the systems technical condition; evaluate repair options and priorities; and planning and programming repairs and improvements in accordance with policy and headquarters guidance

• Maintain heating plants and systems, including gas/fuel lines and distribution systems

• Maintain water plants, structures, facilities (Source Wells) and distribution systems

• Manage sewage collection systems

• Manage and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration plants, structures and facilities

• Manage real property

• Conduct due diligence on real property

• Provide Planning and Estimating to accomplish all approved work by reviewing work requests, investigating the request, and making recommendations on how to accomplish the work for routine, emergency and urgent work

• Provide service order reception by receiving verbal and written work requests

• Conduct military and civilian community planning (Master Plans and Facilities of Excellence plans)

• Develop, execute, and manage multi-year programs to meet budget projections

• Provide accurate estimates for construction

• Supervise and inspect construction

• Execute complete engineering design plans and specifications, and provide CADD for all projects, including complete as-built drawings for changes to existing systems

Hospital Facilities Maintenance -

In addition to the above services, hospitals require the following specialized services:

• 24-hour guaranteed uptime of all utilities, boilers, chillers, power, and HVAC utilities systems

• Inspect, service, and certify repairs to the Vacuum/Medical Compressed Air System and Oral Evacuation system

• Environmental Protection: ensure safety in the purchase, use, handling, storage, and disposal of all toxic, hazardous, and special materials, and wastes (Biological and Chemical)

• Maintain strict temperature and humidity control in laboratory and patient care areas

• Abide by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO) guidelines for patient and employee safety and health

Logistics and Supplies

We have excellent credentials in:

• Managing all aspects of warehousing, including: purchasing, receiving, storage,  distribution

• Providing manpower, materials, equipment and vehicle control through electronic methods that are planned and scheduled to accomplish work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner

• Developing and maintaining an inventory control system that meets a client’s specific needs

Military Family Housing

We have an excellent past performance record and the capability to:

• Conduct maintenance, repair and incidental improvements to Family Housing equipment, appliances, and facilities

• Maintain and repair Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) units

• Maintain and repair playground equipment

• Maintain improved and un-improved grounds

• Manage service calls, housing assignments eligibility, housing terminations, inspection schedules, community housing and/or relocation assistance, and on-base and off-base leased housing

Grounds Maintenance

Our skilled staff can:

• Provide all work and services required to maintain safe, healthy, attractive grounds, trees, plants, and etc., comparable to commercial standards

• Maintain and repair irrigation systems including unoccupied housing units

• Manage pest control by providing services required to protect health; supplies, grounds, and real property with regard to control of insects, rodents and other pests

• Provide additional services including: mowing, edging, trimming, irrigation, debris removal, restoring damaged grass areas, fertilization, soil aeration, and vegetation control
