Janet L. Clark, founder and President of JanTec
Our President, Janet Clark, brings to the company prime Government contract experience that ranges from hands-on project management to Corporate management of Government contracts. She has over 30 years experience in the services contract management arena. Her leadership has spanned the areas of financial control, business development, operations and logistics management, human resources and industrial relations, contract negotiations and government relations, and overall business management in the Government contract environment.

Janet Clark performed managerial responsibilities for JANTEC, Inc. Base Operations Services (BOS) contract at Los Angeles AFB. JANTEC provided manpower, vehicles, equipment and materiel, which fulfilled the company’s contractual commitments. In addition to the Operations and Maintenance requirements, personnel under her supervision provided annual and long range work plans, operations and maintenance programs, financial management and cost accounting functions, maintenance of real estate management program, family housing projects, engineering, and the development, preparation, and submission of military construction programs.

Under Ms. Clark’s direction, JanTec’s business has grown to develop strategic, winning partnerships that have increased collaboration, reduced costs, and improved outcomes.  Presently, she exercises chief executive responsibility for all company contract negotiations and administration, direction of project management, and management of company’s industrial relations activities, including union contract negotiations and administration.
